I would use the strategy of setting up and conducting meetings with all the employees of the organization to declare the benefits of joining my union. I would also explain to them about fair demands being put forward to the employer in need. This is because there can be times when the employer might not be able to identify the requirements and facilities needed for the employees to work effectively and satisfactorily. There can also be times when the employer might purposely try to overlook or ignore the requirements and facilities needed to be provided to employees for making them work satisfactorily.
